1. What are we?
We are a professional led aluminum profile supplier in China. We have been working in designing and manufacturing led profiles for 10 years. And we are keeping on improving in this field.
2. Do you manufacture your own led aluminum profile or are you just a reseller?
We design led aluminum profile and manufacture in our factory. We have a 2000 square meters plastic extrusion factory in
Zhongshan Guzhen, equipped with 15 production lines of PC and PMMA machine.
3. Where is your location?
We have our office and warehouse in Foshan. The famous aluminum capital of China. Also we have a plastic extrusion factory in the neighbour city Zhongshan Guzhen. It’s ten minutes driving from the office to factory. Our company near Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hongkong, it’s convenient for customers to visit us.
4. How do you produce led aluminum profile?
The two main parts of led aluminum profile are aluminum and plastic cover. We have aluminum part made by our partner- the aluminum factory. For the plastic cover, we produce it by ourself in our extrusion factory.
5. How can we go and visit your factory?
Visitors may come from abroad or domestic. If you are a foreign buyer and you probably arrive in Hongkong airport. You can directly take a ship to Shunde wharf or Zhongshan wharf, it takes about 2 hours. We can pick you up at the wharf. If you come from Guangzhou or Shenzhen, you can take an urban rail vehicle to Guzhen. We will show you the grand tour around our factory after picking you up.
6. Does your company do OEM or ODM?
We have helped many customers with their individual lighting projects ever since the beginning of our business. Customized designs, requested colors and length, finished led linear lights, we do all the best we can to help them finish their amazing products.
7. Does your company make Acrylic/PMMA led profile?
Yes, we also make led profile with Acrylic cover, but our acrylic led profiles are special not like that in the market. Talk to us to know more about our acrylic led profile.
8. How many extrusion production lines in your factory?
We have 15 production lines for plastic and acrylic extrusion, and also silicone extrusion.
9. Do you have mould making department for plastic diffusers?
Yes, we have our mould making department with experienced staff working in mould making for 20 years. For urgent cases, the extrusion mould will be finished within 72 hours.

11. What is led aluminum profile and how does it work?
Led aluminum profile is extruded lighting material, working as heat sink to protect the led strip light from overheating, it also helps to protect the led strip light from dust, humidity, water drops. It expands the lifespan of LEDs.
12. Led aluminum profile, aluminum channel, led extrusions what are the differences between them?
“Profile”, “extrusion”, “channel” you might have heard of the above terms and wonder what are the differences between them. Actually, they are the same thing. Led aluminum profile is extruded through aluminum extrusion machine formed with different shapes which could be U shape, V shape, circular shape and with different sizes and lengths. When they are applied with extruded plastic diffuser, they can be used for led lighting.
13. How many kinds of plastic diffuser covers?
There are three common covers, clear, frosted, and opal. Also, there are special covers like UGR<19, flexible silicone cover.
14. What the light transmittance by using different covers with led profile?
Light transmittance is the rate how much the light goes through the covers.
For clear cover it is transparent and lets most of the light go through, its light transmittance is about 89%.
Frosted cover reduces the brightness a little bigger than clear, its light transmittance is about 84%.
The light transmittance of the opal cover is about 80%.
15. What colors are available for your led aluminum profile?
The normal three colors for led profile are silvery, white, and black. Custom colors are welcomed in our factory. We can do more colors than you can imagine.
16.Can led aluminum profile be connectable?
Yes, some of our led aluminum profiles are designed with slots for connecting use. With small accessories the led profiles can be line connected, also the led profile can be made into “L” “X” “T” connectors.
17.Are your led aluminum profile available to make a hexagon shape?
Yes, our led aluminum profiles are available for that shape. We cut the led profiles with a special angle and connect them into hexagon shapes with connectors.

18. Is there a circular shape of your led aluminum profile.
No, we don’t do this type led aluminum profile. Circular shape led aluminum profile is made with a bending machine, it is connected by two pieces of bent led aluminum profile.
19. What the max length of your led aluminum profile?
The max length of our led aluminum profile is 6 meters, within 6meter any length is available.
20. What the max inner width of your led aluminum profile?
The max inner width of led profile we have is 100mm at present, but width is not a limitation. We can do it wider than this. 150mm-200mm or more, we have good experience in making wide led profiles, and the covers are fixed well with the aluminum base without loose.
21. Can led aluminum profile be cut into different lengths?
Yes, led aluminum profile can be cut into any desired lengths.
22. What are the accessories for led aluminum profile?
End caps, mounting clips, suspended fittings, spring support are necessary accessories for led profile. Such an accessory is to make the led profile a whole set and help to fix the led profile on the wall or ceiling.
23. Is there a flexible led aluminum profile?
Yes, we call it bendable led profile here instead of flexible, led profile is not as flexible as led strip. It can be bent, twisted by special equipment, then form different ideal lighting shapes. Usually, this bendable led profile is very slim and thin.
24. Does your led profile waterproof?
At present we do not have waterproof led profiles. But we have designed some led profiles that are for waterproof led strip lights. We are designing waterproof led profiles, they will come out very soon.
25. What is the maximum operating temperature of your led profile?
Led profiles are able to operate in a temperature range of -45ºC and (110ºC)
26. What sort of beam angle is produced by your covers?
Most of our led profile covers have a beam angle of 120°, some special covers designed with beam angle of 30°60°90°
27. Is led aluminum profile environmentally friendly?
Yes, both the aluminum profile and plastic cover are environmentally friendly.
28. How many led profiles are there in the market?
At the very beginning when the led profile just come out, there are a few types of it. But after years of development, hundreds of led profiles could be found in the market. Based on its using method, we can classify them into surface mounted, recessed, suspended, plaster-in, stair, skirting using. They can be used in the cabinet, house, office, hotel, commercial lighting, etc.
29. Do you have stock for all the led profiles?
Most led profiles have stock, especially the hot selling led profiles that are largely stocked in the warehouse. When our customers place orders, there will be enough quantity. The lead time is fast.
30. How to choose the high-quality led aluminum profile?

We check led profile piece by piece before packing, after checking we will pack the led profiles with good quality carton boxes. Also, we use corner guard to protect it from damage. If any damage happens during shipping we will make compensation in your next order.

For stock products, the lead time is 3 days after payment. We can prepare for packing after customers make the payment. We will send out the goods once we get the payment. If the led profiles are not in stock, the lead time will be 20-25 days.
37. How many days can I expect to receive my goods?
It depends on stock and the way of shipping. If the products are in stock, we will send them out 3 days after payment, also it is delivered by Express like UPS or FedEx, you shall receive your products in 7 days. If the products are large quantity, you may choose sea transportation, this may take a longer time for you to receive goods.
38. Do you offer wholesale or pricing discounts?
